Not ready for a membership?

Our Limited Support option includes access to both remote and in-home support M-F | 9-5 for the duration of your warranty. Any warranty coverage begins the same day as your complimentary service period starts. Once your warranty expires, you will have access in-home support only between the hours of 9-5 | M-F.  Appointments are subject to scheduling availability and priority attention will be given to Members. No remote support will be provided after the warranty expires.
